If you’re like me then you’re guilty of every Monday starting the countdown until the weekend. It’s like we’re wasting all of those 5 days, thinking we can’t enjoy them or they’re just obstacles to get through. This week make every day count – what do you want to achieve, how are you going to achieve it, how do you want to feel at the end of the day? Even if that’s just wanting to say a proper goodbye to your boyfriend before you leave, by getting up 5 minutes earlier, and feeling that extra warm feeling throughout the day.
